Ohio TechCred — reimburses up to $2,000 per employee for approved technical training.

Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership (COMP) — a network of manufacturers collaborating to solve workforce challenges and upskill talent.
Methodical is a proud COMP member. COMP connects manufacturers of all sizes with schools, colleges, and training partners to design programs that meet real business needs. At our Fall 2025 meeting, COMP launched a new $500 training reimbursement that works alongside TechCred giving you a total of $2,500 per employee per training.
If you’re not using TechCred yet, start now — it’s free funding to train your team. Methodical uses it to expand our own technical capabilities and offers custom training to our customers that can be reimbursed by TechCred. COMP can even guide you through the TechCred setup process.
The Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership (COMP) is a manufacturing-led Industry Sector Partnership that was created to solve the common workforce training, retention and recruitment challenges of its participating member manufacturers. COMP is led by employers, focused on manufacturing, is regional, and is convened by a neutral intermediary.
Ohio's TechCred Program gives employers the chance to upskill current and future employees in today’s tech-infused economy. Employers who submit successful applications will be reimbursed up to $2,000 per credential when current or prospective employees complete eligible technology-focused credentials.
